The following cancellation policy is designed to ensure a fair and straightforward process for modifying or cancelling your travel arrangements with us.
Booking Cancellation by the Client
- Free Cancellation:
- Clients can cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Late Cancellation Fee:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
- No-Show Policy:
- If the client fails to be at the pickup location without informing us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show. A no-show is subject to a 100% charge of the booking amount.
Cancellations Due to Extraordinary Circumstances
- Circumstances beyond the control of the client or Euro City Transfers, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or civil unrest, may necessitate last-minute cancellations. In such cases, we will work with clients to waive cancellation fees and reschedule the service if possible.
Booking Amendments
- Clients may request booking amendments (such as changing the pickup date or time) without any additional charge, provided that such requests are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Amendments are subject to availability and may be subject to price adjustments.
Refunds
- Refunds for cancellations within the stipulated time frame will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
